The rules state "The numerator will have coefficients in the range -100 to 100 inclusive.", but Run 4 has coefficients outside this range. One of them must be wrong...

Oops, that is my fault, it is supposed to say -1000 to 1000. Thanks for noticing that.

Note, the fixed test cases have been changed to better cover all the weird cases. Now they include almost all cases of: -many, -1, 0, 1, many as coefficients paired with various exponents (1,x,x**many, leading term).
