I've written a four-part series of articles describing the experience of competing in a codegolf challenge. I hope these articles will provide some sort of entertainment, or at least light relief, for other code golfers. Spoiler alert: I based these articles on the codegolf Roman to Decimal game; accordingly, they contain all interesting solutions I found to this game, including the currently leading ones in all four languages. The links are:

The golf course looks great, my swing feels good, I like my chances (Part I)
The golf course looks great, my swing feels good, I like my chances (Part II)
The golf course looks great, my swing feels good, I like my chances (Part III)
The golf course looks great, my swing feels good, I like my chances (Part IV)

Enjoy,

Eyepopslikeamosquito has now published a couple more great articles on codegolf, this time on the Saving Time challenge.

The golf course looks great, my swing feels good, I like my chances (Part V)
The golf course looks great, my swing feels good, I like my chances (Part VI)

(Damn! I got beaten by two lousy bytes!)
