I find the forums page confusing:

ie. difficult to tell which forums have new posts etc.
Forums which are yellow have new posts. Forums that aren't don't.
What could be simpler!

how do you define "new"? in only a few hours i have seen forums that i have never read have new threads but not be yellow.

I've noticed some weirdness myself as it happens, just can't pinpoint what it is that's weird though. Fixes coming over the weekend.
